Retailer Chemist Warehouse has taken out the top gong for the Chemist/Pharmacy of the Year category in Roy Morgan’s Customer Satisfaction Awards for 2024.
This is the fourth time the pharmacy chain has scored the top slot, this time taking out all 12 monthly wins.

The Roy Morgan Awards reflect customer satsifaction rating collected from about 60,000 Australians annually.
Chemist Warehouse merged recently with Sigma Healthcare.
