Place Estate Agents is adding seven offices to expand its footprint across Greater Brisbane.
Harcourts Connections offices are rebadging in a move that strengthens the Place network across Moreton Bay and Brisbane’s northern and western growth corridors.
The offices become Place Kedron, Place Forest Lake, Place Burpengary, Place North Lakes, Place Caboolture, Place Ningi, and Place Glasshouse Mountains.
Place’s CEO Damian Hackett said the move was about backing strong operators and accelerating the brand’s long-term strategy in the right markets.
“These are well-established teams with deep local knowledge, and bringing that leadership together with our existing Ascot and Nundah businesses strengthens our position in markets we have long believed in,” Hackett said.
“When we released our growth plan in mid-2024, the goal was to double our footprint by 2032 by partnering with proven local leaders,” he said.
“Just 18 months in, this move takes our expansion to 11 new offices, putting us around halfway towards our target, achieved through strong partnerships in high-growth markets aligned with our strategy.”
With the integration, the network now spans 26 offices across Greater Brisbane, supported by Place HQ.
