Soul Origin has been named a high performing brand through the Australian Franchise
Rating Scale, scooping up a 4-star rating.
Hao Quach, Soul Origin co-founder, was thrilled with the recognition.
“This is an exciting day for us at Soul Origin as we have been recognised for our ongoing commitment to driving equitable outcomes for the brand and our franchise partners,” he said.
“We are committed to targeting the areas of opportunity with the broader network so we can continue to improve in the future.”
The ratings are allocated after an independent and fact-based assessment across seven key categories and at 4-star level, the franchise system was able to demonstrate a high degree of transparency and strong franchise performance.
Franchise business intelligence and information advisory business FRANdata Australia manages the ratings process.
FRANdata Australia’s CEO Darryn McAuliffe said “The review identified a highly disciplined approach to the training of new franchisees and the strong ongoing support programs for franchisees as features of the system.
“Soul Origin franchisees have maintained sound financial outcomes over the last two years in what has been a very challenging trading environment for their category ”.
Soul Origin has completed comprehensive Bank Credit and Franchise Underwriting reports for lenders which McAuliffe expects to result in heightened interest from lenders.
The Australian Franchise Rating Scale results are recorded on The Australian Franchise Registry.
Soul Origin is the third franchise this year to be awarded a top rating after a flurry of results were revealed in April. The brand joins Silk Laser Clinics and Aussie Pooch Mobile on this year’s list.
