The Coffee Club has launched a Coffee Guarantee that promises to remake any coffee for free if it isn’t made exactly to order.
Available at all 200-plus locations across the country, the guarantee covers all 16 hot and cold espresso-based drinks, including customised orders made with oat milk, without sugar, extra hot, with vanilla syrup.
Nikki Price, general manager of marketing and product at The Coffee Club, said “Coffee orders have never been more complex – alternative milks, cold brews, cold foams, creative flavours and more. That’s exciting, but it raises the bar on service. Fixing a coffee on the spot, for free, no fuss – it’s how we want to build real trust and loyalty.”
To mark the launch, from 15-21 June, customers who bring a takeaway coffee cup from another café will receive a free coffee.
The Coffee Club uses barista-made specialty coffee Three Stories roasted in Melbourne.
In the last two years, The Coffee Club has invested in training over 1200 baristas across Australia.
