Craveable Brands, which owns Red Rooster, Oporto, Chicken Treat and Chargrill Charlie’s, has appointed Josh Kilimnik as group CEO, effective from 31 March 2026.
Kilimnik, formerly CEO of Domino’s Asia, brings 28 years of experience in the quick service restaurant industry.
In his Domino’s role he oversaw seven overseas markets, 1,700 stores and led the brand through a significant period of growth.
Craveable Brands’ interim group CEO Tim Fawaz, described Kilimnik as an accomplished franchising leader.
“Josh brings a proven track record of delivering profitable growth which, combined with his deep end-to-end understanding of restaurant operations and global leadership experience, means we are confident he is the right leader to deliver value for our franchise partners.”
Fawaz will now resume his role as CFO and COO.
Kilimnik said “I am thrilled to be joining the Craveable team and to have the opportunity to lead an organisation home to such iconic Australian brands.”
