CycleBar, StretchLab and Rumble top a total of 50 territories

Since securing the exclusive Australian franchise rights to the CycleBar, StretchLab and Rumble concepts between June 2020 and July 2021, Boutique Fitness Studios has been growing fast across all three brands. In May, the group sailed past the 50th territory milestone with 13 StretchLab, 11 CycleBar and 29 Rumble locations to date. There are plans for 30 more stores by the end of the year, subject to site selection.

“Our biggest challenge so far has been finding the right sites,” says CEO Matt Gordin. “We have now hired and are building a great team dedicated to this.”

Investing in multiple sites

Many franchisees are building their investment by snapping up more than one site. And one franchisee is planning to open a fitness hub in Sunnybank, Queensland offering all three brands.

“We’ve built an awesome team,” says CEO Matt Gordin. “We’ve signed some great business operators as franchisees and we’ve developed good relationships with partners including builders, architects, and planners. We were fortunate to get Jacinta McDonell, who co-founded Anytime Fitness in Australia, onboard and she has been instrumental in supporting our growth.”

Three successful brands

Boutique Fitness Studios is backed by Xponential Fitness, the largest boutique fitness franchisor worldwide with over 2,100 studios and more than 405,000 active members.

CycleBar, the largest indoor cycling brand, offers a variety of low-impact, high-intensity indoor cycling workouts suitable for all fitness levels.

StretchLab is a leading assisted stretching brand offering one-on-one and group assisted stretching sessions across a broad range of age and fitness levels.

Rumble Boxing provides a 45-minute, 10-round, full-body cardio and strength workout crafted around specially designed water-filled, teardrop-style boxing bags.
