Fernwood Fitness’ newest fitness club has just opened in Kirrawee, New South Wales.

The health, fitness and wellness destination sits in a 717sqm footprint, a smaller footprint than the traditional 1000sqm.

Smaller clubs with a more boutique-style offering (starting at 300sqm) were launched earlier this year in response to franchise buying demand.

The new location is a massive development in this new format. It includes the latest cardio and weight training equipment, as well as small group functional training program FIIT30, reformer Pilates and yoga .

Luxury changerooms, childminding services, and a wellness recovery space that includes infrared saunas, round out the women-only club’s offering.

The Kirrawee club is the second Fernwood business for franchisee Filipa Ferreira who already owns the neighbouring Miranda gym.

“This experience of opening another club where women can confidently train, enjoy some me-time, and prioritise their health and wellness has been such a rewarding experience.

“After months of hard work, it’s finally come to fruition and we can’t wait to welcome our new members and service the women of Kirrawee,” she said.
