Arthur McColl will leave the employment group at the end of August.

Arthur McColl, group CEO of Frontline Recruitment Group, Express Employment Professionals ANZ and Express Healthcare Staffing, has announced he will leave the business at the end of August.

McColl joined the recruitment group five years ago after a two-decade career in the fitness sector.

Prior to shifting to the employment sector McColl was group CEO of Collective Wellness Group, a role he took in January 2017 after 16 months leading its flagship chain Anytime Fitness.

McColl had previously notched up experience in leadership roles, spending more than nine years at LA Fitness, and almost seven years at LivingWell across the UK and Australia.

On LinkedIn McColl described his move to the employment sector as “a bold shift and an incredible learning curve”.

“Our growth was made possible by being surrounded with an incredible support team, US HQ, and highly dedicated franchisees, for that I’ll always be grateful,” he said.

“Our accomplishments together include significant increase in franchisee satisfaction, winning numerous national awards, launching two new brands alongside Frontline Group, increasing multi-unit ownership and most importantly placing more great people into new roles.”

McColl said he had enjoyed “genuine trust” from international partners and a people-based culture.

“It’s been a wonderful experience being part of Express Employment International, l leave them in solid shape and in very capable hands,” he said.

McColl indicated he will divert his energies and passion to family time and personal adventures and to new projects and advisory opportunities within the wellness and franchising sectors.
