Harcourts Tasmania has appointed Kate Littlejohn as co-CEO, joining long-standing CEO Tony Morrison at the helm.
Littlejohn, previously the business operations manager, joined Harcourts Launceston in 2003. She has built a career based on strategic planning, budgeting, and business development.
“It is an absolute privilege to be able to join Tony in the CEO role for the Tasmanian network,” Littlejohn said. “Having worked alongside Tony for the past 23 years, I have watched him grow and create an incredible network of offices. I’ve seen him share his incredible sales and leadership skills with so many aspiring real estate agents and watched their success follow.”
Morrison said Littlejohn has been the backbone of the business.
“Her insight, dedication, and leadership skills make her the perfect partner to help lead Harcourts Tasmania into its next phase of growth. We’ve always been a team, and now it’s official at the highest level,” Morrison said.
The move has received strong support from the national leadership team.
Adrian Knowles, CEO of Harcourts Australia, said “Tasmania is a crucial market for Harcourts, and having two such high-calibre leaders at the top is a massive win for our network.
“Kate’s operational brilliance combined with Tony’s market influence creates a powerhouse leadership team. I’m excited to see how their combined strengths will drive regional growth and continue to support our business owners and agents across the state.”
