Kwik Kopy Australia has snapped up Chatime’s head of operations for the role of general manager of operations at the print and design firm.

Tim Jensen most recently led operations at the bubble tea business in Australia and the US. He also has experience at Australian Pharmaceutical Industries, Tatts Group, Nandos Australia, and Woolworths Limited.

Sonia Shwabsky, CEO of Kwik Kopy Australia, said “Tim’s growth mindset, people-centred approach, and dedication to customer service align perfectly with our company’s vision. His experience and leadership will be invaluable as we continue to grow and adapt in an ever-evolving market.”

Jensen brings extensive experience leading large teams and driving growth in multi-site, multi-channel, and multi-brand businesses. He has a customer-centric approach, has transformed field teams into effective business coaches, and has a progressive outlook on business engagement and development.

At Chatime, Tim led omni-channel operations across three countries, overseeing a network of over 190 retail locations. He successfully introduced digital ordering systems, launched new revenue streams, and boosted the company’s market presence.

Jensen said “I am excited to join Kwik Kopy and be part of a company with such a strong commitment to innovation and customer service.”

He replaces outgoing COO John Sexton who is transitioning out of the role after 20 years with the company. Sexton will continue to work with Jensen and the Kwik Kopy team until November 1, 2024.
