Aussie food franchise, Noodle Box, is celebrating its 25th anniversary with a 25 week loyalty campaign available nationwide exclusively on the Concept Ate Rewards app.
At the same time, parent company Concept Eight, has moved to streamline its multi-brand processes with Redcat’s newest tool, Virtual Brands.
Grant Lee, Concept Eight CEO, said “We are not a single-brand franchise, we are committed towards becoming Australia’s number one multi-brand franchisor with 150 restaurants in the next five years, all with a multi-brand offering,”
To support the strategy, Noodle Box has launched Australia’s first multi-brand online ordering and rewards app.
Concept Eight’s partnership with hospitality IT platform provider Redcat will consolidate business processes across all the franchisor’s brands: Noodle Box, Pattysmiths Burgers and Wokinabox, and ‘virtual’ brands Alabama Chicken & Wings, Supreme Leader Korean Krispy Chicken and Double Dragon Dumplings.
Lee said “By consolidating all our brands onto the single system provided by Redcat, we’re able to save time, run our brands more efficiently and focus more on delivering great food and customer service”.
The new platform offers restaurant chains streamlined processes such as centralised menu management, multi-brand integration with delivery partners, direct integration of orders into a single kitchen management system, and a full loyalty program with online orders.
“Virtual brands offer operators rapid and relatively low-cost market entry with new cuisines, and the opportunity to transform your kitchen into a separate revenue generator, while spreading costs across multiple brands,” explains Lawrence Pelletier, Redcat’s director of sales and marketing.
