Soul Origin scoops up a 5-star franchise rating, joining an elite group of food-related brands to achieve this high distinction.

FRANdata, an independent international authority, awarded the chain 5-stars on the Australian Franchise Ratings Scale.

Last year the salads, sandwich and coffee chain achieved a highly-regarded 4-star rating.

Soul Origin managing director and CEO Hao Quach said “We are thrilled to be recognised as the first and only brand in the salad and breads category in Australia to receive such an incredible accolade. This highlights the wider team’s remarkable performance and unparalleled professionalism in the workplace. Soul Origin ensures every detail of product and service is to the highest level of standard”.

Soul Origin’s 5-star rating reflects high performance

FRANdata’s Australian CEO, Darryn McAuliffe, said Soul Origin demonstrated a high level of franchise performance and transparency. He praised the food chain’s focus on driving franchisee success.

“A standout feature of the Soul Origin franchise system is its line of sight over, and how it helps franchisees to improve, the key success drivers of each business.

“With strong follow-up support practices and sound financial performance, it was no surprise to find proof of healthy satisfaction levels across the franchisee network,” he said.

There are just five other 5-star food brands on the Australian Franchise Rating Scale. The elite list features Jamaica Blue and Muffin Break, El Jannah, The Cheesecake Shop, and Pizza Hut.
