Op Central is launching a dedicated platform to help businesses safely manage staff vaccination records.
CEO Josh Cairns told Inside Franchise Business Executive, “It seems that nobody – regardless of industry – will be able to go back to work unless they are fully vaccinated; even after lockdowns end. We are making this very easy for companies to manage.
“Beyond the reporting capabilities, our research found that neither companies nor staff were at all comfortable with the idea of simply filling in a publicly accessible web form for various information authenticity and data protection reasons.”
With privacy protection uppermind, Op Central has developed an entirely self-service data gathering model for its new program, Vax Central, which launches on 1 October 2021.
Every staff member gets their own secure login, where they simply fill in a form to log their vaccination records. This record is then stored securely against the employee’s personal profile in the system. It is that personal profile which then drives the reporting for employers to access.
Set custom permissions allow select data to be visible to specific people so a regional manager, for instance, can access data for staff in their area.
The workforce vaccination management system and software allow employers to track the progress of vaccination by role, region, gender, workplace and department, and it can be integrated with other systems.
There is also an easy export facility so employers can retain the data when they end the Vax Central agreement.
