Plus Fitness is the latest brand to achieve a 5-star franchise rating on the Australian Franchise Rating Scale.

The 24/7 gym chain scored its high rating by demonstrating a high level of transparency and a very high level of franchise performance in an independent and fact-based assessment across seven key categories.

The Australian Franchise Rating Scale is managed by franchise business intelligence and information advisory business FRANdata Australia.

Darryn McAuliffe, FRANdata Australia CEO, said Plus Fitness positions its franchisees for success from day one.

“A disciplined recruitment process and a highly effective initial and ongoing business planning program are both evident,” McAuliffe said.

Plus Fitness director Gordon Martin said “We are very proud of our 5 star FRANdata rating, which is a testament to the hard work and dedication our support team continuously provide to our franchise network.

“We are always adapting and growing our service, tools and training to ensure our franchisees can run their businesses successfully. This rating not only shows our current network how dedicated we are to their success, but it builds confidence and peace of mind for future Plus Fitness franchisees,” he said.

Plus Fitness joins other 24/7 gyms Anytime Fitness and Snap Fitness as highly-rated brands on the Australian Franchise Rating Scale.

Plus Fitness is part of the Viva Leisure group which last year took a 34 per cent share in the Boutique Fitness Studios business.

With more than 150 locations in New South Wales, and a strong presence in Western Australia, Plus Fitness is now turning its expansion focus building up its footprint in Victoria.
