US cleaning giant Jan-Pro Systems International has been acquired by private equity firm MidOcean Partners as part of a major acquisition of multi-brand business Lynx Franchising.
Lynx is a multi-brand franchise platform focused on commercial and industrial services with core offerings in cleaning and disinfecting, disaster remediation, and virtual office services.
It has 225 franchised and company-owned locations across its three brands in the US and Canada, and international markets including Australia.

MidOcean Partners is a New York-based alternative asset manager that specialises in middle market private equity and alternative credit investments.

The business has recorded a staggering 500 per cent increase in upgraded special cleaning/disinfecting services since the start of the pandemic.
Founded in 1991, Jan-Pro Cleaning & Disinfecting is one of the largest commercial cleaning franchises in the US with more than 8,000 small business owners.
