Accor has announced the appointment of Rob McIntyre as vice president operations for New Zealand and Fiji. McIntyre will take up the role on 13 April 2026.
His previous senior leadership roles include GM of Pullman Auckland Hotel & Apartments, regional GM positions, and broader operational and brand leadership roles.
Most recently based in Singapore, McIntyre has led international operations, including the flagship Pullman Singapore Orchard.
The group now operates 49 hotels across New Zealand, and four hotels in Fiji.
Adrian Williams, COO of Accor in the Pacific region, said the appointment reflects long-term confidence in both markets.
He said of McIntyre, “His deep operational knowledge, understanding of Accor’s brands and culture, and strong relationships with owners and teams make him ideally placed to lead the next phase of Accor’s journey in New Zealand and Fiji.”
