Accor to debut brands as part of 2025 growth strategy

Hotel business Accor is plotting new brand locations as part of its growth strategy across Australia and New Zealand next year.

Three flagship brands will debut under the Ennismore business in Australia next year. Sydney will welcome 25hours Hotel The Olympia, Burleigh Heads gets the Mondrian Gold Coast Hotel & Residences and Hyde Perth lands in the WA capital.

Accor is also introducing the Tribe hotel brand to New Zealand, with an Auckland CBD location.

A new 140-room Novotel in Sydney’s Cabramatta promises a diverse culinary experience, featuring an all-day dining restaurant, an Asian-inspired eatery, and a signature steakhouse by Dany Karam.

Ennismore, a global collective of entrepreneurial and founder-built brands in which Accor owns a majority share, announced plans to bring The Hoxton brand to Melbourne’s Cremorne neighbourhood, with a debut set for 2027.

Also set for 2027, two new Pullman hotels at Perth Airport and Launceston.

Accor intends to accelerate the brand’s expansion in Australasia over the coming years.
