The Cheesecake Shop aims to whip up some unicorn magic to support the wish of six-year-old Quinn, who was diagnosed with acute lymphoblastic leukaemia.

Until 10 November The Cheesecake Shop is fundraising to help Quinn achieve her wish “to fly with a unicorn”.

The dessert retailer will donate $1 to Make-A-Wish for every unicorn cupcake sold across its more than 200 stores in Australia.  The limited-edition cupcake features sprinkles, a strawberry jam centre and piped bubblegum mousse.

Customers can also donate in-store and pledge their belief in the mythical creatures by purchasing a wish token to display on the walls.

The campaign to support Quinn’s wish is part of the ongoing partnership between The Cheesecake Shop and Make-A-Wish Australia, to help change the lives of sick children and teenagers through local and national fundraising initiatives.

The Cheesecake Shop CEO Scott Bush said “Nothing embodies joy or delivers hope more perfectly than a Unicorn Cupcake, especially when it can help make a wish come true for a brave little girl like Quinn.

“We believe that when communities come together, incredible things can happen. By enjoying a Unicorn Cupcake or donating in–store, our customers can contribute to something bigger, creating moments of joy for children who need it most.”
