Collins Foods Limited has completed the acquisition of eight KFC restaurants in the affluent Bavaria region, boosting its German portfolio by about 50 per cent.
The acquired restaurants operate with higher margins than the group’s existing German stores.
The Bavaria portfolio, centered around Munich, provides a strong platform for continued expansion as Collins looks to establish Germany as its second core growth pillar.
Collins Foods MD and CEO Xavier Simonet said “This acquisition marks another important milestone in our German growth strategy. The additional scale created enhances our operational presence and positions us well to accelerate growth further in this key market.”
The contribution from the acquisition will be consolidated in Collins Foods’ financial results from 1 June 2026.
