Grill’d has aligned with UK-born Melbourne chef Matt Wilkinson for a new collaboration.
Wilkinson is known for his innovative use of sustainable, locally sourced ingredients and as part of this project, he will deliver new menu items and support product development.
This partnership project underscores Grill’d’s commitment to creating prime-tasting premium burgers, said founder Simon Crowe.
“Having Matt on board will significantly impact Grill’d. His culinary expertise and dedication to food, local suppliers and sustainability perfectly align with our mission to provide healthy, delicious and nutritious options to our customers.
“We are eager to see the innovations he brings to our menu,” said Crowe.
Wilkinson is co-founder of Pope Joan and The Pie Shop in Melbourne, the culinary director at Montalto Winery and involved in the development of seasonings and rubs for Street BBQ.
He is also a cookbook author and has appeared on popular TV shows like The Great Australian Cookbook.
“Joining Grill’d as a consultant is an excellent opportunity to collaborate with a brand that shares my passion for quality, sustainability, and nutrition,” Wilkinson said.
“I look forward to working with the team to create exciting new menu items that reflect these values and bring joy to our customers.”
