Harcourts International Ltd (HIL) has promoted two of its senior women executives to global leadership positions.
Teagan Seccombe takes on the role of head of events and partnerships for HIL; Karmen Costigan is the new head of property management across the Harcourts International network.
Seccombe previously headed the events division for Australia and helped shape event strategy, manage multi-million-dollar budgets, and deliver flagship conferences for HIL. In her new role she will oversee all events and business partner relationships across New Zealand and Australia.
Costigan, who was head of property management in Australia, has experience driving high performance and growth. In her new capacity, she will lead the global property management strategy with a focus on team development, world-class training, and enhancing client experience.
Mike Green, MD of Harcourts International Ltd, said “Whilst we are always thrilled to welcome brilliant new talent into the Harcourts family, there is nothing quite as rewarding as watching our own people grow and step into global leadership roles.
“Promoting from within is a cornerstone of our culture; it ensures that the passion, institutional knowledge, and deep-seated values of our brand are carried forward as we continue to expand and innovate worldwide,” Green said.
