KFC is launching a two-day pop-up in Sydney’s Spice Alley to celebrate the return of its Hot & Spicy menu. The Colonel’s Spice House will open on Saturday 5 and Sunday 6 October.

Tami Cunningham, CMO at KFC Australia, said “The ‘Colonel’s Spice House’ will offer a truly memorable dining experience, with an exciting menu designed around Hot & Spicy chicken offering an unforgettable KFC flavour experience.”

Vincent Yeow Lim aka TikTok superstar Dimsimlim, chef and ‘Wolf of Wok Street’ creator, has collaborated on the menu.

Lim said he was thrilled to be once again partnering with KFC.

“There’s nothing I love more than experimenting with bold new flavours that really pack the heat,” he said. “I’m thrilled to be partnering with KFC again to bring Aussies the word-first ‘Colonel’s Spice House.

“Reimagining this iconic feed for KFC fans to try in Sydney’s home of spice, Spice Alley, has been an absolute highlight. We can’t wait to see fans’ reactions to these.”

The Spice House menu will include drumsticks, six bespoke sauces, a Zinger fillet, wings and a chocolate mousse.

There are limited tickets for the dining experience, and these must be purchased in pairs. Profits from ticket sales will support Aussie youth’s mental health and wellbeing through the KFC Youth Foundation and its charity partners, Black Dog Institute and ReachOut Australia.

Participating KFC restaurants will include the Hot & Spicy menu from 1 to 28 October.
