Foodco brands Jamaica Blue and Muffin Break are the latest to receive 5-star ratings on the Australian Franchise Rating Scale.
Foodco Group CEO, Richard Goodman said “Foodco’s franchised model has continued to evolve in collaboration with a terrific group of passionate team members working and listening to our valued franchise partners.
“Whilst we see this as a big achievement, we will not sit idle. Franchising, our fanchisee needs, and, the needs of our shared customers, is ever changing, so we will continue our pursuit for ongoing improvement.”
FRANdata manages the independent ratings system which evaluates performance on a fact-based assessment across seven key categories.
FRANdata Australia’s CEO Darryn McAuliffe said the standard of training across both brands proved exceptional.
“One standout feature was the focus on both initial and ongoing training across both brands,” he said. “An extensive and integrated approach to training was evidenced with the combination of online, classroom and practical in-store activities positioning franchisees well for initial and ongoing success.
“Importantly, Foodco also continues to invest significantly in brand evolution to ensure the relevance of their store design, brand and product offers.
“The franchise system has also commissioned the completion of independent Franchise Underwriting reports for lenders,” he said.
