Real estate franchise Raine & Horne has appointed its first chief strategy officer, Benjamin McDonald, to help position the brand for long-term growth.
McDonald brings to the new role 15 years’ experience across the energy, real estate, urban development and transport sectors. He has held senior roles in corporate finance and strategy, policy development, and government engagement across Australasia and North America.
Raine & Horne CEO, Chris Nicholl, said “Benjamin’s appointment is part of our broader strategy to continue to grow the business and ensure we’re positioned to deliver exceptional results for our principals, agents, property managers and partners well into the future.”
The Real Estate Conversation reports McDonald’s responsibilities will include business innovation, cross-functional collaboration, and business transformation.
