Ray White NSW/ACT has appointed group head of performance Tim Snell as CEO, starting 1 December.

Outgoing state CEO Andrew McCulloch takes on the new role of director and board member for the group.

“I am excited to be working alongside Tim as we continue to execute a strategy in New South Wales,” he said. “This role gives me the ability to work in a more strategic manner while supporting the state leadership team.”

McCulloch said a shift in the strategy to make the brand younger has helped attract high performing young talent.

“This appointment has only further bolstered our corporate team and franchise offering ensuring that we continue to build market share and add value to our network,” he said.

Transitioning the leadership at Ray White NSW/ACT

McCulloch has spent seven years in his roles as CEO for Ray White NSW/ACT and as head of network development before that.

Snell has been the national group head of performance for the past two years. Previously he spent more than four years in the corporate team as chief performance officer.

Snell said the company had a strong leadership team.

“When I first joined the Ray White group it was for one reason, the depth of leadership,” he said.

“Between the White family and the senior leadership group, Ray White is truly a special place to work and develop professionally. To now be welcomed to the leadership bench is a truly humbling experience that I take very much to heart.

“Our culture spans over 120 years, backed with an ambitious curiosity to always remain at the forefront of the industry. I’m incredibly excited to continue this journey alongside our members into the future.”

Ray White managing director Dan White said that the transition of leadership positions the group to build on its current momentum and plan for the future.
