Red Rooster will offer a 20 per cent discount to frontline workers on First Reponders Day, an official Australian Retailers Association initiative.

Clint Ault, CEO Red Rooster, said he was delighted Reds is able give back to a community that does so much for Australia and Australians.

Ault said “This is just one small way of saying thank you.  Reds knows only too well what this dedicated and committed group of people can do to help in a time of crisis.  For example, during some of Australia’s worst floods, we had restaurants that were inundated with flood waters and it was the First Responders who selflessly helped our franchise partners and crew, making sure they were safe and assisting them in the after-flood clean up.

“On behalf of Red Rooster, we thank each and every First Responder and hope they take full advantage of our offer by giving into their chicken cravings on May 16th.”

First Responders include doctors, nurses and paramedics, as well as ambulance staff, police personnel, firefighters, defence and border force personnel, SES, CFA, Marine Rescue teams lifesavers and quarantine workers.

All First Responders who head into their local Red Rooster in uniform or with a photo ID on May 16 are eligible for 20 per cent off their orders. The offer is for restaurant and drive-thru only, excluding online orders, delivery as well as stadium and airport locations.
