The Fioretti family has opened its fifth Zarraffa’s Coffee store, at Dakabin, Moreton Bay.

Over the past 15 years the family opened four other North Brisbane stores. The Fiorettis still own and operate the Lawnton store.

Candice Fioretti, who works closely with her parents, Ralph and Denise Fioretti, heads up the new store.

“Opening the Dakabin store represents the continuation of a legacy my family and I have been dedicated to for over a decade,” Fioretti said.

The new Dakabin store will operate from 4.30am to 9pm daily and offer both drive-through and in store dining options. The new store creates 40 jobs.

New Zarraffa store extends family business

“The opening of our Dakabin store is not just an expansion of our business; it is an opportunity to bring our family values and dedication to a new community. We are committed to fostering a welcoming environment where customers and employees alike feel valued and appreciated,” Fioretti added.

Fioretti participates in the Zarraffa’s Food and Beverage Research and Development group. The Dakabin location will showcase some of the group’s initiatives.

The Fioretti family has accrued quite a trophy cabinet. Their first store won Rookie Franchise of the Year in 2010. They won Franchise of the Year in 2015, have multiple Brand Ambassador awards, and team members have won barista awards.

Zarraffa’s Coffee CEO, Marnie Sheldon, said “The Fioretti’s have been a vital part of the Zarraffa’s family for many years. Their commitment to the brand and their customers is unparalleled. We are excited to see them bring their expertise and passion to the Dakabin community.”
