Brokerage franchise Aussie has plan to smash its franchise recruitment.

In what it believes to be an Australian first, the business is hosting a virtual event with superstar guest speakers and offering a chance for potential franchisees to get a behind-the-scenes peek at what it’s like to be a broker.

Timed to hit the tennis season, the event will include sporting superstars Andre Agassi and Lleyton Hewitt who will provide insights on how to remain resilient and stay ahead of the game in 2021.

The resilience of the brand’s business model during the Covid-19 crisis led the mortgage broker to take a major step in expansion.

In 2020 Aussie had some record-breaking months, despite the pandemic. Mid-year it revealed its growth plans for the network with a bold target for increased numbers of brokers and retail stores.

Right now in addition to its commission structure, the mortgage broker is offering a reduced franchise fee and a store fit out contribution in the first 12 months to help franchisees establish themselves, terms and conditions apply.
