Harcourts Australia has appointed two new CEOs to head up the South Australia and Victoria businesses.

Internal recruit Rachel Eckey is now Harcourts South Australia CEO while newcomer Fabian Sanelli will lead Harcourts Victoria.

Harcourts Australia CEO Adrian Knowles said “Rachel has been an integral part of the Harcourts corporate support team, leading operations, marketing, growth, and strategy within South Australia, for the past nine years.

“She has spent more than a decade in strategic communications and business leadership roles before joining the real estate industry some 12 years ago.”

Eckey is primed to take the business to the next level. 

“We have the experience, the tools, and the passion to achieve great things. This is the year we bring it all together,” she said.

Fabian Sanelli brings an extensive background in real estate to his new role.

“Fabian is well-known for his exceptional energy and skills,” said Knowles. “This resulted in numerous accolades as an auctioneer, including running Victoria’s largest and leading independent auction business, EYS Auctions.

“In addition to his energy and auctioneering skills, Fabian also has a deep passion for developing and mentoring young people.” 

Sanelli said onboarding elite talent will unlock the brand’s potential.

“My vision centres on a strategic approach to honing our collective skills, fostering a culture of excellence, and elevating our brand presence. We will ramp up auction volume and strengthen our social media presence.”

He said this will be pivotal in reaching a broader audience and showcasing the brand’s properties and expertise.”
