Carpet Court has linked with Qantas Frequent Flyer and Qantas Business Rewards to allow customers to earn Qantas Points when they purchase carpet, flooring or rugs from any physical store, or online.

The retail chain’s sales assistants will be able to sign up new Qantas Frequent Flyer or Qantas Business Rewards customers at the time of purchase.

Carpet Court’s chief marketing officer, Kara Norris, said providing extra value to the brand’s consumers is important to the business.

“Carpet Court has been looking for ways to drive value and provide more rewards for our loyal customers. The decision to partner with Qantas Frequent Flyer and Qantas Business Rewards means our customers will enjoy an extensive range of ways to use their Qantas Points, from flights and hotels to products and services from some of Australia’s top brands,” she said.

One target area for the airline loyalty business is the home improvement segment as more Aussies than ever are spending time at home.

Olivia Wirth, CEO Qantas Loyalty, said “Australian’s love of earning Qantas Points has enabled us to build strong partnerships with some of the country’s biggest brands. Building connections like these are key to keeping our members active and engaged, while driving real value for the business and the consumer.”

Under the new partnership Carpet Court is promoted to its 13 million members within the Frequent Flyer and Business Rewards brands through the relevant websites and eDM programs.

In early 2019 the franchised retail chain underwent a brand refresh, backed by its largest brand campaign to date.

The rebrand goal was to create a brighter and more approachable image as well as inject inspiration and energy into the brand.

A new logo, the rebrand and advertising campaign (‘Dream it. Style it. Live it’) was developed by Carpet Court’s board and executive team.
