Bubble tea chain Chatime has switched up its customer offer with the launch of a coffee range.
National marketing manager, Rachel Druce, said “After collaborating with our network and listening to what our customers love, we have crafted a new offering of coffee drinks.”
Level Up Coffee launched this week, offering three coffee beverages brewed using the premium pour-over method.
Chatime’s newest menu additions feature ‘level up’s’: iced long black with cream mousse; iced latte with Chatime’s signature pearls;, and brown sugar cookie latte with cookie crumbs.
The coffee launch on Tuesday 11 March included free drinks and events at selected Chatime stores.
The beverage business is also partnering with gaming PC company Aftershock, to offer customers a chance to win one of three customer-built Chatime Gaming PCs.
