Success Tutoring has appointed former Kumon CEO, Allan Menagh, as head of global partnerships.

Michael Black, founder and CEO of Success Tutoring, said the company has an ambitious strategy to boost the brand’s footprint domestically and internationally. He plans to launch the brand in New Zealand, Singapore and the UK.

“As a result, we are searching worldwide for the best talent and headhunting people who we believe have the capabilities to lead and implement our growth plans globally. Allan is a significant appointment for us and we look forward to announcing further appointments as we continue our growth journey,” Black said.

“In his new role, Allan will leverage his extensive experience in scaling education franchises to drive Success Tutoring’s global expansion. “

Menagh joined Kumon in Melbourne in 1997 as an area manager. He was with Kumon until 2020, in CEO roles in Australia and New Zealand and internationally, leading communications and business development across Asia and Oceania, and heading up training and research.

“Success Tutoring is focused on achieving growth in partnership with the community,” Menagh said. “In my role I will be identifying and implementing strategies to build long term and meaningful partnerships that foster mutually beneficial growth.”
