Zarraffa’s Coffees recognised its top store managers at a two-day event Shaping the Future, and unveiled a new pathway program for store ownership.

CEO Marnie Sheldon said the Managers Program will help the business expand.

“We understand that the cost of store ownership can often be beyond the means of some of our brand’s most experienced and biggest advocates,” said Marnie.

“Rather than have them pursue their professional dreams elsewhere, we have established a model of financial support that can lead to store ownership, while also progressing our store expansion plans in new territories – it’s a win-win.”

Sheldon said the managers’ conference was an opportunity for management across the company to expand its learning and inspire store managers.

“This conference is more than just a gathering – it’s a space for our store leaders to share, learn and inspire one another, setting the course for the brand’s future and their own professional development,” she said.

The keynote presentations, panel discussions and insights culminated in a celebratory awards dinner with four 2023 Manager Awards handed out.
