Franchise-focused research, ratings and consulting firm FRANdata has appointed Peter White as general manager – client solutions for its Australian operation.

White joins the business after a six year stint with the Franchise Council of Australia (FCA). At the FCA he held senior executive roles including business development manager, executive manager, acting CEO and chief operations officer.

White brings expertise across a broad spectrum of professional services in the small to medium business and the non-for-profit sectors.

Darryn McAuliffe, FRANdata’s Australian CEO, said his skills will prove invaluable in his new role.

“Peter will oversee the growing number of our franchise clients and existing service, whilst developing new initiatives to assist in the success and growth of the Australian franchise market.

“We know that franchise systems are in need of further assistance with access to finance, attracting quality franchisees and assisting with their growth in 2024 and beyond.”

White said “I am excited to continue my work within the franchising industry and look forward to connecting with FRANdata’s client base and my extended network of franchise systems. The opportunities are limitless, and I’m delighted to support our existing and new clients through quality business products and services.”
