Australians across the country are about to get a taste of Mr Potato as the founders of the healthy fast-food outlet take to the road on a six-month road trip adventure.

Husband-and-wife duo Jess Davis and Tyson Hoffmann will start their road trip in Sydney on 15 March, and plan to donate to charities as they go.

At every stop of the tour, Mr Potato will donate 50 per cent of profits to either a local charity, not-for-profit or a community-based initiative, ensuring the tour makes a lasting impact. The charities chosen will be based on the unique needs of each town, creating partnerships with grassroots organisations that matter most to locals.

Hoffmann said “This tour isn’t just about serving amazing food – it’s about giving back to the communities that welcome us. We want this journey to be shaped by fellow Aussies. Tell us where to stop and which charities we should support – it’s your tour as much as it is ours.”

The couple will visit a number of Sydney suburbs before hitting the road to Northern New South Wales, Queensland, the Northern Territory, Western Australia, South Australia, Victoria, Tasmania, and back to New South Wales.

Mr Potato launched in 2018 and now has eight stores open across the east coast with another nine scheduled to open.
