Quest Apartment Hotels has opened its third Canberra location, and broken ground on its latest Adelaide hotel.
The 126-key Quest Canberra Dickson property has converted from Adina Serviced Apartments, bringing eight existing hotel team members to the newly-badged business.
The opening marks the first stage in the property’s transition to the Quest brand with initial improvements including signage and the introduction of The Pantry, Quest’s grab and go offering.
A broader refurbishment will follow, progressively bringing the apartments and public areas to full Quest brand standards.
The hotel offers a mix of guest rooms, studios and one- and two-bedroom apartments, providing greater choice for government and corporate travellers, project teams, relocating employees, families and leisure visitors.
David Mansfield, managing director, The Ascott Limited Australasia (which owns the Quest brand) said “Quest Canberra Dickson adds meaningful scale in an important market and demonstrates the role that well-located conversions can play alongside new developments as we continue growing the Quest network.”
Further growth includes the newest development site in Adelaide, where construction has started on Quest Elizabeth.

The landmark development will support Adelaide’s rapidly growing northern economic corridor, where investment across defence, advanced manufacturing, logistics, education, health and business continues to drive demand for high-quality accommodation.
The 87-room property on corner of Main North Road and Prince Charles Street will comprise standalone studios and two-bedroom twin-key apartments and is expected to open in March 2028.
It will include three DDA-compliant guest rooms in response to growing demand for accessible accommodation, alongside The Pantry, conference facilities and a gym, supporting both corporate and leisure travellers.
Quest is Australasia’s largest apartment hotel brand, with more than 160 properties across Australia, New Zealand and Fiji.
