Real estate chain Raine & Horne New Zealand has moved to new national headquarters in central Christchurch. The relocation is a milestone for the 65-office-strong real estate group in New Zealand.
Angus Raine, executive chairman, Raine & Horne Group, said “Securing the naming rights for the building and seeing the Raine & Horne brand light up the skyline at night sends a strong message about the growth of our network across New Zealand.”
James Shepherd, general manager, Raine & Horne, said the relocation reflects the company’s promise to support its growing network, while reinforcing Christchurch as the home of its New Zealand operations.
“Our new office has been designed to be an effective operations hub, providing our growing national network with the support it needs to deliver a fast and professional service for buyers, vendors and other customers.”
The brand launched in New Zealand in 2023. In 2024, Raine & Horne expanded its national footprint with the acquisition of an existing real estate network.
