Ray White has strengthened its leadership capabilities, appointing Thomas McGlynn to a newly-created role, CEO – Performance and Value.
McGlynn was most recently CEO and partner of the Bresic Whitney Group in Sydney, and is president of the Real Estate Institute of New South Wales.
Ray White Group managing director Dan White praised McGlynn’s approach to business.
“He thinks deeply about leadership, professional standards and what it takes to build a great business. These things are fundamental to our ambition and value offering to our members,” White said.
McGlynn has worked across national groups and independents in corporate and operating roles in sales, property management, auctioneering and strategic leadership.
He said “Our industry is at an inflection point, and the groups that define the next decade will be those willing to think long term, be courageous and invest deeply in their people. I feel privileged to be joining the business I believe is best positioned to lead that future.”
Just last month Ray White Commercial appointed its head of commercial for Australia and New Zealand as CEO.
