Warrnambool franchise partners Marcus and Kymberly McDiven are double winners at this year’s Battery World National Conference.
Battery World awarded the pair the Franchise Partner of the Year award as well as the Highest Sales Increase Award.
Marcus said the Warrnambool community and the backing of the franchise network had helped the business achieve.
“We are beyond grateful for these awards and cannot thank Battery World and our customers enough for the support, particularly given we’ve only been in business just shy of two years,” he said.
“We joined Battery World because it’s a reliable, iconic Australian business. That being said, we did not expect results immediately, at least not until we had established ourselves.
“The success has just blown us away. We’re really proud of ourselves for the relationship we have built with the Warrnambool community over the past few years, and it all comes down to genuine customer service and connection.”
Kymberly said taking out the Highest Sales Increase Award at the National Conference was a bonus.
“Winning this award means a great deal to us professionally and personally. The community has really rallied behind us,” she said.
Battery World general manager Johnny Kennedy said “The Warrnambool team is a prime example of the quality service and product expertise we deliver day in, day out and I am excited to see them take the Warrnambool store to great heights.”
The awards night recognised more than 30 franchise partners for their excellent service and sales performance for FY22-23.
