Hire A Hubby franchisees celebrated top performance at the brand’s annual awards ceremony, hosted this year in Phuket, Thailand.
The Franchisee of the Year Awards showcases franchisees who consistently demonstrate strong financial and operational performance, quality customer service and experience, and support their peers, suppliers and the franchise system.
This year the National Franchisee of the Year accolade was awarded to David and Kim Stephenson, Hire A Hubby Latrobe Valley.
Hire A Hubby’s other franchise awards showcased brilliant performance from across the network, from newbie franchisees to well-established multi-location operations.
Award winners
The New Franchisee of the Year 2024 recognises excellence in business and operational performance during the first 12 months of operation. Award winners were:
- Queensland – Matthew and Natasha McPhail, Hire A Hubby Bundaberg
- New South Wales/ACT – Simon Gregor, Hire A Hubby O’Connor
- Victoria – Jamie O’Meara, Hire A Hubby Sunbury
Man In A Van 2024 awards single operator performance, brand and partner commitment, community involvement and franchise network support. Award winners were:
- Queensland – Peter Buckley, Hire A Hubby Gatton
- New South Wales/ACT – Tony Galloway, Hire A Hubby Pymble
- Victoria – David Mansfield, Hire A Hubby Lilydale
The Multi-Person Operation 2024 winners recognises success in areas such as business excellence, leadership, brand and partner commitment. This year the winners were:
- Queensland – Dan and Geri Towne, Hire A Hubby Brinsmead
- New South Wales/ACT – Bryan and Amy Sheehan, Hire A Hubby Goulburn
- Victoria – Charlie Henderson, Hire A Hubby Yarrawonga
Enterprise Operation 2024 was awarded for top performance in a large, multi-person, multi-location business, that has expanded its footprint. The winners were:
- Queensland – Russell and Michelle Hampton, Hire A Hubby Bayview
- New South Wales/ACT – Jim Kelly and Crystal Petzer , Hire A Hubby Mona Vale/Hire A Hubby Balgowlah
- Victoria – David and Kim Stephenson, Hire A Hubby Latrobe Valley
