LJ Hooker Group has appointed a new strategic growth manager. Antonio Licata will be responsible for identifying and recruiting top agents and agencies to join the real estate network.
Licata brings extensive real estate experience with key roles at Elders Real Estate, York Property Group and Di Jones. He also established the community connection platform Linkr.
Licata said “I’m thrilled to join such an iconic group with bold growth plans. LJ Hooker’s vision for 2025 gives me confidence we can help real estate professionals take their businesses to the next level.”
Licata will report to Jarita Rayasam, the head of operations strategic growth.
Rayasam told Franchise Executives, “We are seeing strong momentum in our growth efforts and continue to refine our approach for sustainable success. Our strategy remains on track, with tailored targets across each state, a focus on sustained year-on-year growth and a commitment to acquiring market share.
“As we approach our 100-year anniversary in 2028, we are entering a pivotal and exciting phase. With our team steadily expanding, we feel optimistic in our growth trajectory and the opportunities ahead,” he said.
In 2023 LJ Hooker revealed its strategy for growth, taking the business through to its centenary.
