The nominations deadline for the 2023 Top 30 Franchise Executives is fast approaching. Anyone wanting to nominate themselves or a colleague has until 11.59pm on Tuesday 18 October to register their nominations.
Any franchisor team members whose role impacts on franchisees is eligible for nomination. That can be any level, from marketing executives to trainers, from business development managers to HR, from divisional heads to C-suite.
The Top 30 Franchise Executives celebrates brilliant franchisor performance, based on individual not brand submissions.
It’s a simple, online process to nominate, and nominees remain anonymous.
Once the nominations deadline is passed, nominees will be asked to put in a submission online. This covers topics including leadership, franchisee support, innovation, franchise citizenship, personal and professional development.
A panel of judges independently assess and score the submissions and the resulting top 30 individuals will appear in a print report released in 2023 at a special celebration event.
This is the fifth year of the Top 30 Franchise Executives program. Previous executives listed at number one are Natalie Brennan at Foodco, Steve Plarre at Ferguson Plarre Bakehouses, Mark McGinley at CouriersPlease and Jake Bromwich at RAMS.
