Frontline Recruitment Group and Express Employment Professionals Australia and New Zealand have appointed a brand new franchise development manager.

Jeanie Cameron joins the two sibling recruitment firms, which joined forces last year under new ownership.

Cameron has spent 15 years at the Jim’s Group, most recently in a regional sales executive role and in her time at the multi-division firm Cameron was a record-holder for the highest number of franchise sales.

Arthur McColl, CEO of Frontline Recruitment Group and Express Employment Professionals, said “We’re delighted to have Jeanie join our group to progress our strong start to 2022 with four new agencies opening and very healthy interest from investors, particularly after our network setting all-time record placements.

“Having a professional like Jeanie on our team, who has worked in an organisation with a strong franchisee success culture such as Jim’s, aligns really well with our own “franchisee first” culture.”

Cameron will be responsible for attracting suitable franchise candidates and achieving franchise growth across Australia and New Zealand for both brands.

The business reports a strong demand for recruitment services is driving healthy revenue growth and in turn supporting the opening of new agencies.

Frontline has had five continuous months of record revenue compared to pre-Covid revenue figures. Express Employment Professionals has opened its fourth agency in 12 months, with offices now open in Sydney, Adelaide and Canberra and in Auckland New Zealand.

Recently the Frontline Recruitment Group unveiled a fresh new look for the 26-year-old brand.
