Gelatissimo opened five new stores through November and December last year, bringing the network total to 70 outlets. to close out a flavour obsessed 2022.  

In Australia, two new stores opened in Rhodes, New South Wales, and Highpoint, Victoria.

Internationally, new stores opened in Thailand, located in Sunny Laguna, Phuket; Hawaii at the Royal Hawaiian Center at Waikiki; and in Jewel Changi Airport, Singapore.  

Gelatissimo CEO Braeden Lord said the gelato chain’s growth will continue this year.

“We are so proud to be achieving all our expansion plans both in Australia and overseas. 2023 has plenty more openings and new launches in the pipeline, so watch this space!” 

Outlets opened across Australia, Hawaii, Thailand, and Singapore.All new locations feature Gelatissimo’s contemporary new store design which combines gelato’s Italian heritage and the brand’s Aussie roots.

As well as signature gelatos, the stores will feature unique, locally inspired flavours such as the Phuket exclusive, Mango Sticky Rice and the Hawaiian Pina Colada.

In October last year Gelatissimo launched its first FMCG range, distributed through Coles supermarkets.
