Pet services business Aussie Pooch Mobile has scooped a 5-star rating for its franchise performance and transparency, for the second time.

It is the only pet services brand recognised as a high performing business through the Australian Franchise Rating Scale.

Aussie Pooch Mobile managing director Paul Walters said “We are delighted to again be recognised as a 5-star rating following this external and independent review of our franchise system. Our focus remains on partnering with people well suited to the franchise and then working hard every day to help them maximise their success as small business owners.”

Franchise business intelligence and information advisory business FRANdata Australia manages the ratings process. FRANdata CEO Darryn McAuliffe described the positioning of franchisees from day one as “a standout feature” of the Aussie Pooch Mobile franchise.

“A disciplined recruitment process and a highly effective initial training program are both evident. With strong follow up support practices and sound financial performance it was no surprise to find proof of healthy satisfaction levels across the franchisee network,” he said.

Walters told Franchise Executives recruiting good franchisees from among loyal customers has been the brand’s secret to success.

“We have had a continual focus on seeing our Aussie Pooch Mobile team members as advocates for our business and what we do, which has in turn seen more and more of our customers joining us,” he said.

Aussie Pooch now has more than 212 franchisees.
